The data collected through the contact form is the first and last name, the email address, the company, the challenge the user describes, the language of the page they write from and whether they want to receive news, as well as the date and IP address of the submission as proof of consent.

Since it is an open communication channel, the user may provide other personal data.

04How long we keep your data

Form messages and the emails received are kept in the team’s mailbox for as long as they are needed for the purpose for which they were collected or until the user asks for their erasure. If the inquiry leads to a business relationship, the data will be kept for as long as the legal obligations arising from it require.

Consent to receive news is kept until the user asks to unsubscribe.

05Whether we make automated decisions

No automated decisions are made and no profiling is carried out.

06Who we disclose your data to

No disclosures of data are planned, except those authorized by tax, commercial and telecommunications legislation, and in cases where a judicial authority requires it.

The providers in the next section process data on behalf of Imascono Art S.L. as processors, under a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

International transfers: Resend stores the data of each delivery in the United States. This transfer is covered by Resend’s participation in the Data Privacy Framework, which has an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
